We started DupeFinder because we love designer fashion, but we’re not always happy to pay designer prices. When we see a bag, pair of shoes or jacket we love, we inevitably start looking for a more affordable way to get the look… so that’s exactly what we do here.

We find the pieces everyone’s talking about online, then do the digging ourselves. We visit stores, seek out the alternatives, try them on, and when we can, buy and test the pieces ourselves. We compare the fit, feel, materials, details and overall quality against the original before deciding whether something genuinely deserves to be called a dupe.

We want finding a great dupe to feel as good as finding the original. So if there’s been a designer bag you’ve been obsessing over, shoes on your FYP or a jacket you can’t stop thinking about, we’ll do the digging – and, where possible, get our hands on the alternatives ourselves – before pointing you towards the ones we genuinely think are worth your money.
